1. How long does delivery take?

  • United States Shipping time estimate: 3–7 business days.
  • United Express Shipping time estimate: 2–3 business days.
  • Other countries: 10-15 days.

Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.

If you have any inquiries about the progress of your order, please get in touch with us. Alternatively, check the status on the FedEx or UPS website if you have a tracking number.

Our shipping observes the following U.S. holiday calendar, where orders placed on these days will usually ship the next business day:

  • New Year’s Eve and Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July and Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Parcels may be delayed due to weather conditions, product stocking, billing & shipping verification, etc. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

2. Can I change the items I ordered?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the requested order or the selected quantity. We suggest contacting us to reverse the incorrect order and placing a fresh order for your desired items on our website.

3. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

4. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

5. I have received the wrong/broken product – what do I do?

If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, contact us immediately with the following:

  • A photo of the item or items you received and the delivery note (Please ensure the details are clear and visible).
  • A clear image of the ordered item.

Inform our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods if it is damaged by sending an email to service@acemagic.com

Our service will respond within 24 hours.

6. Where are your products shipped from?

  • All orders to the United States are shipped from the United States warehouse.
  • All orders to Europe are shipped from the Europe warehouse.

7. Do you deliver to my area?

We strive to provide worldwide shipping, but at this time we cannot deliver to:
