Shine the Light

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may request, once per year, free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed.

Cookies

You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your computer or remove them by adjusting your web browser preferences. Note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. On many mobile devices, users can opt out of certain mobile ads via their device settings.

Advertising

We work with third-party advertising partners who may use cookies to gather information about your activities on Acemagic.com and other sites to provide advertisements based on your interests. Our partners do not have access to or share Glow Usage Data. To opt out of targeted ads from these partners, visit Network Advertising or AboutAds. 

Note: Cookie-based opt-outs must be performed on each device and browser. For example, opting out on a computer browser does not apply to a mobile device. You must separately opt out on each device.

Do Not Track Mechanisms

We do not respond to or honor “do not track” signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

Email

If you receive an unwanted email from us, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to opt out of future emails. We will process your request within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for removing your information from third-party lists obtained per this policy.

Third-Party Sites and Social Media Platforms

Our Products may contain links to other websites. These domains are not controlled by us, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies of every site and application you interact with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such sites or applications. Visiting these sites is at your own risk.

Our Products may also interact with social media platforms. If you use these platforms, their cookies may be set on your device. Be aware that information you share online may be viewed and used by others without restrictions. By using such services, you assume the risk that your information may be used by third parties for various purposes.

Security of Your Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We follow generally accepted standards to protect personal information during transmission and once received. However, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.

By using our Products or providing personal information, you agree to electronic communication regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. If we learn of a security breach, we may notify you via Acemagic.com, email, or mail, as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 17. Our Products are not directed to children under 17. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at service@acemagic.com. If we find that we have collected information from children under 17, we will delete it promptly and terminate the account.

International Users

By using our Products, you will transfer data to the United States. Visiting Acemagic.com or providing information indicates agreement to the laws of New York governing privacy disputes, in accordance with the Terms.

For EU and other regions, by providing your information, you consent to the transfer and processing globally as per this Policy.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield

Acemagic Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks for personal data received from the EU and Switzerland. For more, visit the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield List.

Acemagic Inc. is responsible under the Privacy Shield for processing data and compliance with onward transfer liability provisions. The company is subject to U.S. FTC enforcement and may disclose data when required by authorities.
