I'd like to thank the folks at Acemagic for reaching out to me to resolve my issues. They were professional and quick to do so. I'd also like to point out that I own two other recent models that I'm keeping because they fit my needs. I would unquestionably still consider their products knowing they stand behind their customers at a high level.

Excellent computer. I love being able to take it home with me and work at night. It’s incredibly lightweight—probably not even a pound—so I can easily slip it into a bag or purse. Try doing that with a desktop! I was so impressed that I even bought a second one to replace my old desktop.

The product works really well and I like it a lot. It’s fast, quiet, and offers a great balance between size, power consumption, and performance. I highly recommend it.

I did a ton of research on different mini pc's before purchasing this model. I leaned on the recommendations and reviews of others, especially on reddit. I didnt find any reason to shy away from the AMD processor. 32Gb or ram! Dual USB-C, Hdmi, Bluetooth, NVME!! ....its all just made sense. This little computer should be technically strong and good for many years

I was concerned about thermals because of the compact size, but this system stays cooler than expected. Even after hours of continuous use, performance remains consistent. It's been very reliable so far.
