ACEMAGIC AM18 AMD Ryzen™ 5 7640HS Mini PC

Acemagic AM18 was purchased about 2 weeks ago. It’s been a great experience! AceMagic took about 3 days to ship it, but when I asked about that, they overnighted it on the house. Great service. The PC itself worked great right out of the box, but I installed Bazzite instead of Windows. I wanted a nice portable gaming PC. I am still getting it set up but Emulation up to PS2 is beyond expectations. The real test will be pushing some PS3 and Xbox360 emulation. Steam games like RE2 remake and Batman Arkham Knight run surprisingly well even at higher settings. I’ll push it a little more to see how it handles newer AAA. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but for the price and using it on a 1080p TV…it looks and plays great. Rock solid. It’s also very quiet and stays cool. Perfect processor in the Ryzen 7 with 780m. I really like it so far. The size is mind boggling for what it can do. Only thing I wish it had is a second SSD internal.

Compact size, wall-mountable, capable of running games like World of Warcraft with decent graphics

Love this little device, performing better than expected. Running games like D4, Apex Legends without having to throttle settings. Only reason for the 4 stars is the fan sounds like its going to blow up sometimes. But other than that I am loving it.

As a mini gaming PC, it’s powerful enough to allow me to have a good gaming match.

At present, I am very satisfied with its various data. Of course, I am not a game enthusiast, I just play with friends occasionally.
