ACEMAGIC Drops F5A AI 470 Mini PC: 86 TOPS Local AI Power, OCuLink eGPU Support, Starts at $759

NEW YORK — [April 24, 2026] — ACEMAGIC is rolling out its latest high-performance mini PC, the F5A AI 470, now officially available for purchase. Powered by the new AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, the F5A brings a serious jump in local AI capability, connectivity, and expandability—positioning it as a compact entry into the emerging “mini AI workstation” category. and is now available for purchase, starting with a barebones configuration priced at $759.
The system is now available, starting at $759 (barebones, no RAM or SSD), via ACEMAGIC’s official store.
The F5A is built around a 12-core, 24-thread hybrid architecture (4× Zen 5 + 8× Zen 5c), with boost clocks up to 5.2GHz. Paired with AMD’s latest XDNA 2 NPU, the chip delivers up to 55 TOPS of AI performance, and up to 86 TOPS combined (CPU + GPU + NPU).
In real-world use, that translates into smooth local execution of 7B–14B-parameter AI models, enabling workflows such as AI-assisted coding, document summarization, speech recognition, and image generation—without relying on the cloud.
On the graphics side, the F5A AI 470 integrates the Radeon 890M iGPU (RDNA 3.5, 16 CUs, up to 3.1GHz). It’s capable of handling content creation tasks like video editing and image processing, while also supporting light AAA gaming. The system supports up to four displays, including 8K output via HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, and dual USB4.
One of the standout aspects of the F5A is its dual platform design, giving users flexibility depending on their needs:
- LPDDR5X onboard version: 32GB at 8000MT/s, higher bandwidth, more compact layout, and up to three M.2 slots—ideal for edge deployments and turnkey setups
- DDR5 SO-DIMM version: up to 128GB at 5600MT/s, user-upgradable, designed for creators, developers, and heavy multitasking
At launch, ACEMAGIC is offering the barebones version, allowing users to configure their own memory and storage.
Connectivity and expansion are where the F5A really pulls ahead. It packs:
- Dual USB4 ports (40Gbps, DisplayPort, Power Delivery)
- OCuLink for external GPU support
- Dual 2.5GbE LAN ports
- Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4

The inclusion of OCuLink is especially notable, giving users the option to connect a desktop-class GPU and significantly boost graphics performance when needed.
Cooling is handled by a dual-fan system (CPU + system fan) paired with a vapor chamber, supporting up to 65W sustained performance. Despite its compact footprint (130 × 132 × 62mm), the system is designed to maintain stable performance under heavy loads.
Compared to the previous HX 370 platform, the upgrade to AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 brings across-the-board improvements:
With the F5A AI 470, ACEMAGIC is clearly targeting users who want serious local AI capability in a compact system—from developers and creators to power users building flexible, high-performance setups.
